You may return your XCHARNAUD purchase within 7 days from day of purchase. We accept free returns of products in their original, unused condition for a full refund of the purchase price.  Please note, we can send you a returns label if you require it for shipping. Credit refunds will be refunded via bank transfer. We reserve the right to refuse worn or damaged merchandise.

Please note, we can only refund items originally purchased directly from our website. XCHARNAUD cannot accept for return or exchange any product purchased from other stockists or stores.

In the event that your purchase is faulty, you need to contact us within 7 days of discovering the fault.  Any faults XCHARNAUD finds to have been caused through misuse will instantly void this guarantee of exchange.
